So after editing and putting together about one half of my video, I decided to play it see how it turned out. Well unfortunately, there was one huge issue. The audio and video weren't synced, and there were some other small here and there issues. I tried to fix it, and I did my part researching about it online. However, no luck there. I decided to lay out my options- what were they?
1. Troubleshoot and attempt to fix my Windows Live Movie
Advantage: I wouldn't have to redo half of my video
Disadvantage: It would probably waste a lot of time, time which I could spend editing
2. Move on and restart my video, using iMovie
Advantages: I can start editing my video right away, more options and features
Disadvantages: I have never used iMovie before, there is the possibility that I run into issues again, I can only work on it at school so I have limited time.
In the end, after some hard decision making, I have decided to use iMovie. There's much more flexibility editing-wise, and I can easily learn how to use it from my friends and online. I can make time to edit my video during lunchtimes and afterschool, along with class Genius Hour periods. I really hope this works out, because there's no turning back. Video making is much harder than I had expected!
